I have two decades of experience as a litigator in New South Wales and the ACT. I started my career as a solicitor in a busy Sydney litigation firm in 2002 and then moved to the New South Wales Bar in 2005. I spent 14 years as a barrister - conducting cases in the courts, commissions and tribunals of New South Wales, the ACT and Australia's federal system. In 2019 I established Raine Litigation Lawyers, based in Canberra and servicing both the ACT and New South Wales clients.
I have spent my career acting for real people. People with families - people with jobs - people with businesses - people who, for whatever reason, find themselves in the court system. They might be injured. There might be trouble at home or at work. They might owe or be owed money. They might be accused of a crime or be the victim of a crime.
